Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The aim of this scientific paper to know the archive storage system in the Material Handling Division of PT. Traktor Nusantara. The method used in writing this scientific paper is using descriptive analysis method, by using data collection method through observation, interview and literature study. From the results of this study can be seen that to deal with the problem of lack of equipment and archival storage equipment can perform the needs analysis archives to get the right solution. And to deal with these problems can be optimized use of equipment and archival equipment that already exists. Key Words : Tools, Equipment, Filing, Office
