Jakarta: Business Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2018. This study aims to obtain appropriate knowledge to obtain empirical data and facts that are appropriate, valid, valid, and reliable and reliable about the relationship between learning motivation and learning styles with learning outcomes in students of SMKN 10 in Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. For four months starting from February 2018 to June 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach, population used is Class X Student SMKN 10 in Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a simple random technique of 100 students. While the analysis technique of this research using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study shows that: (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between Learning Motivation with Learning Outcomes, this hypothesis is proved by tcount (7,107)> ttable (1.67). (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Styles and Learning Outcomes, this hypothesis is proved by tcount (6,233)> ttable (1.67). The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 29,075 + 0,303X1 + 0,185X2. While the simple regression equation is Ŷ = 36,455 + 0,426X1 and Ŷ = 48,946 + 0,282X2 The correlation between Motivation and Learning Style with Learning Outcomes is obtained from the result of double correlation coefficient of 0.794. So the ability of Learning Motivation and Learning Style to Explain Learning Outcomes get the coefficient of determination of 62.3% while the remaining 37.7% influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Motivation, Learning Styles
