Jakarta: Business Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the parents attention with the mathematics learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta, whether there is a relationship between learning motivation with the mathematics learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta, and whether there is a relationship between parents attention and learning motivation with the mathematics learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months starting from February 2018 until May 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlation approach. The population in this study is all students of class XI SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta amounted to 209 students. The sample used in this research is 127 students using simple random sampling technique. Y variable data (Learning Outcomes) is secondary data obtained from the data of learning outcomes based on mid-term repetition in February 2018 While the variable data X1 (Parents Attention) and variable X2 (Learning Motivation) is the primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used is test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that the two independent variables of parents attention and learning motivation together have a positive significant relationship to learning outcomes seen from Fcount79.796 > Ftable 3.07. Then partially parents attention have tcount 4.708> ttable 1.657 and learning motivation has tcount 7.145> ttable 1.657 which states significance (tcount> ttable) means that each independent variable is the attention of parents have a positive significant relationship with learning outcomes and learning motivation also has a positive significant relationship with learning outcomes. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained R2 value of 0,556 which means the relationship of independent variables parents attention and learning motivation with the dependent variable learning outcomes of 55.6%.
