The purpose of this research is to determine The Correlation Between The Family Harmony With The Learning Motivation The Students of Class X and XI Accounting Skills Program at SMKN 1 Bekasi based on valid data and facts and can be trusted. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bekasi. The method used is survey method. The affordable population in this research was the students of class X and XI Accounting Skills Program which amounted to 145 students. With reference to the table Isaac and Michael the number of samples in this research as many as 105 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, that is using a random proportional method. For data collecting researcher use questionnaire with Likert scale on both variable that is motivation learn (Y) and family harmony (X). The regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 83.98 + 0.37 X. From the equation, the Liliefors requirement test obtained Lcount < Ltable (0,0548 < 0,0865). It shows normally distributed data. In linear regression test obtained Fcount (0.72) < Ftable (1.58) which can be concluded that the regression model in the form of linear. While for regression significance test obtained Fcount (35,92) > Ftable (3,93) which signifies regression equation means. The result of correlation coefficient test by using product moment from Pearson obtained rxy value equal to 0,5085. This means there is a positive correlation between family harmony with the learning motivation the students of class X and XI accounting skills program at SMKN 1 Bekasi. From the calculation of t-test obtained t count = 5.99 > ttable = 1.98, which shows a significant correlation between variable X family harmony with variable Y is the learning motivation. From the calculation results obtained a coefficient of determination of 25.86% so it can be said that the variable Y learning motivation is determined by the variable X family harmony of 25.86%.
