- ABSTRACT LAILATUL FITRIA PAGITA, Relationship between Discipline and Emotional Intelligence with Learning Outcomes of Student and Entrepreneurship Lessons on Students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Business Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta, for 6 months starting from January until June 2018. The purpose of this research to know the relationship between discipline and emotional intelligence with the results of learning subjects and entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship in students at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population used is the students of class XI in SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling technique of 113 people. The resulting regression equation is Y = 41,839 + 0,169 X1 + 0,246 X2. Test requirement analysis that is the test of normality using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and produce a significant level of 0.200. Because the level of significance> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The regression linearity test of Y over X1 and X2 yields F (count)> Ftable is 193,604> 3,082, so it can be concluded that, the regression equation is significant. Then t test and Y yielded over X1 tcount (5,506)> ttable (1.65882), Y over X2 tcount (6,698)> ttable (1.65882). Thus, it can be concluded that, the correlation coefficient between discipline with positive and significant learning outcomes and between emotional intelligence with positive and significant learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 and X2 obtained is 0,779 indicating that 77,9% variable of learning result determined by discipline and emotional intelligence. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship together between discipline and emotional intelligence with learning outcomes.
