The scientific paper aims to know how the archival management system on Asuransi Bangun Askrida East Jakarta Branch Office The method used in this scientific paper is descriptive analysis, the data collection method through the literature study and observation. The result of this paper shows that archival management system needs to increase system life cycle components archives more conducive started since the creation of the clearance (records creation), distribution, usage, storage, maintenance storage system based archive up to depreciation through the removal, destruction or disposal in accordance with retention schedule archive and its archives. In addition, a competent archivist with adequate infrastructure planning requires in order to manage archives properly to get the archives found accurately.
