- ABSTRACT DEA RACHMAYATI HANDIARTO. Correlation Between the Facility and Motivation on Academic Achievement in Students of Class X at SMKN 62 Jakarta. Jakarta: Study Program Of Business Education, Faculty Of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to obtain knowledge, empirical data and facts that are appropriate, valid, and reliable and about the correlation between the facility and motivation on academic achievement in students of class X at SMKN 62 jakarta. This research was held at SMKN 62 Jakarta for three months starting from November 2017 to January 2018. The research method is survey with correlational approach, the population are students of class X at SMKN 62 Jakarta. Used simple random technique sampling of 100 students. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique of this research using simple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study shows that: this hypothesis of facility (X1) is proved the simple regression equation obtained is Ŷ=69,026+0,152X1 by thitung (7,288)> ttable (1,98), and rhitung (0,593)> rtabel (0,195), so it be concluded there is a positive and significant correlation between facility on academic achievement; and this ypothesis of motivation (X2) is proved the simple regression equation obtained is Ŷ=69,487+0,146X2 by thitung (6,255)> ttable (1,98), and rhitung (0,543) > rtabel (0,195), so it be concluded there is a positive and significant correlation between motivation on academic achievement. The ability of the facility variable to explain academic achievement for correlation determination is 35,2% and the ability of motivation variable to explain academic achievement for correlation determination is 28,5%, while another influenced by other factors outside of this research.
