Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research purpose is to find out the relatonship between harmony of family and reward with motivation of study to students class xi SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Total population in this study were 169 students with sample of 100 students. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was not a relation between harmony of family with motivation of study. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 0,858 lower than ttable 1,985. But, the partial use of reward are related by motivation of study, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 5,145 greater than ttable 1,985. Simultaneously there is influence of harmony of family and reward with motivation of study. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed Fcount value of 16,715 is greater than the value of 3.09 Ftable. There was a positive relation of harmony of family and reward with motivation of study with multiple correlation coefficient 0,256 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted and determination coefisien for (R)2 was 25,6%. From the above results, we can conclude this research there is relationship between harmony of family and reward with motivation of study. Key Words : Harmony of Family, Reward, Motivation of Study
