  • The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of leadership, motivation, and training toward employee’s performance. The research methodology used survey. Data collection done towards 96 respondents. Respondents were chosen by saturated samples. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with correlational analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that the most dominant factors of leadership variable, the leadership variable, and the motivation variable to variable employee’s performance with the leadership variable is indicated that the regression coefficient of 0.474 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the leadership variables affecting employee’s performance. And then the second factor affecting employee’s performance is variable motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.434 and the third factor is the variable training with a regression coefficient of 0.381 Keywords: employee’s performance, leadership, motivation, and training
