- Scientific aims to find out about the archive storage system at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Company. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the method of data collection through the library to study and the observation. As the result, it can be known that at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Corporation didn’t have a good archive storage system. It can be seen form the archive was hard to save the archive, many documents were not arranged systematically and there is difficulty to find back the archive. The conclusion of this paper can be seen that in the organization need the archive storage system which appropriates so the document can manage effective and efficient.
