Script, Jakarta: Program Study Education of Commerce, Department of Economy and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between training with the performance of teacher SMK PB. Soedirman 2 in Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid, valid and relaible. The research conducted at SMK PB. Soedirman 2 in Jakarta during the four months from March until June 2012. This reserach method is used survey method with the correlational approach. The population of this study is all of teacher SMK PB. Soedirman 2 Jakarta as many as 33 teachers. This sample used as many as 30 teachers. The sampling technique in this study is is simple random sampling technique. This instrumen used to obtain the data of variable X (training), used value of training. And for the data variable Y (the performace of teachers) used 35 points statement the form of a questionnaire in Likert Scale. Content validity test was conducted before using the instrument, and the result of validity test obtained for variable Y was 31 points and 4 points drop invalid. Continued with the reliability test by using formula of Alpha Cronbach, and the result obtained for variable Y was 1. Thus, the reliability of the variable Y can be said to be high. Analysis of condition test, which is normally error test for regression approximates of X on Y with Liliefors test, result in Lcount = 0,0636, while Ltable is 0,162, because Lcount < Ltable then the normality error test of Y on X distributed normal. The equation for linier regression is Ŷ = 36.83+ 1.21X. significance regression result in Fcoun > Ftable is 6,56 > 4,20, it is mean that the regression equation is significant. Testing linearity of regression result Fcoun < Ftable is (0,5) < (2,41) thus conclude that the equation is linear. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment Generating rxy = 0,44, then significance of product moment correlation is tested with t test which yield tcoun = 2,59 and ttable = 1,701 at significance level of 0,05, it can be result is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 19,36% which indicated that 19,36% teacher performance is determined by training.
