- ABSTRACT SHELA NALITA, Fave Hotel Field Work Practice Report by Aston Subang, PT.Archipelago International. Bachelor’s degree of management Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta.Implementation of street vendors for 40 days at, subsidiary of Archipelago International starting from 25 July to 4 September 2016. Praktikan placed in Marketing Division, Sales Marketing Subdivision. During the implementation of street vendors, praktikan get the task to help the existing jobs in Sales Marketing. The main task of Subdivision Sales Marketing is to conduct marketing activities aimed at increasing the value of hotels in the eyes of the community. Assigned tasks praktikan in helping Sales managers to participate in activities such as sales calls, sales blitz, and corporate rate . In the implementation of this street vendors praktikan observe and get some obstacles faced by praktikan that is when the use of new company applications known by praktikan.From practice this field work can be concluded that praktikan get knowledge and experience about real world work.
