- ABSTRACT Devi Hardiyani Syafitri, the internship report at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Center Ofiice Sudirman, Central Jakarta in division of National Retail Collection, Bachelor Degree of Management, Management Major, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. The internship are held at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kavling 2, Central Jakarta. BAZNAS is a non-structural government agency overseen by the Otoritas Jasa Keuagan (OJK). The internship is conducted for 2 (two) months, starting from January 10th to March 16th 2017, with 5 working days, Monday - Friday at 08.00 a.m till 05.00 pm. The purpose of internship is to improve the knowledge, experience, ability and skills of students. During the internship, internee experience several obstacles, both in theory and technical aspects. However, these obstacles can be overcome by the directive and guidance of BAZNAS employees who are involved in helping internee in work. So that, the internee can know and understand how the National Retail Collection Division works well and gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
