Research, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2015. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the the correlation between adversity quotient and learning outcomes in student of SMK GITA KIRTTI 2 at Jakarta. This research have been done three month since April until June 2015. This research used survey method with correlation approachl. The populations research consist of all students in SMK GITA KIRTTI 2 at Jakarta with total 472 students, 110 students for sampling. Data X variable about job involvement and data Y variable about adversity quotient used questionnaire. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y =2,079 + 0,006 X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,053 and L table =0,084 in significant level 0.05, so L count < L Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression sigificance test and the result is, F count table. (51,93) > F (3,94) approved that it has significance regression. While regression linearity test,F (0,71) < F (1,67), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r table =0,570 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, t xy count (7,21) > t (1,67). It means that there are significance and positive correlations between job involvement with organizational commitment. The result of determination coefficient test is 32,47%, variable on adversity quotient determined by learning outcomes . The conclusion of this research have shown that there is a positive correlations between adversity quotient and learning outcomes. Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Learning Outcomes.
