ICSM Indonesia for 2 (two) months from May to June 2015 conducted research method is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population is all employees PT.ICSM Indonesia, amounting to 36. The sample is 36 people. The sampling technique census techniques. Based on a multiple regression model equations. The next test is to test requirements analysis siginifikasi Discipline value of work (Y), compensation (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and the residual significance is 0.200 of which were more than 0.05 then the data Ho accepted meaning normal distribution of data. The test results showed that the value siginifikasi on Linearity 0,000. Because of the significance of less than 0.05, it can be concluded H0 means of compensation with labor discipline have a linear effect. It can be seen that the value siginifikasi on Linearity of 0,003. Because of the significance of less than 0.05, it can be concluded between job satisfaction and work discipline has a linear relationship. Testing the hypothesis by using test Fhitung 12.820> Ftabel 3.28, meaning that Ho is rejected, thus summed compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the work discipline and by using the t test tcount of compensation 3.222 <1.692 -ttabel so H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that compensation has a negative effect on work discipline. T arithmetic of job satisfaction 2.291 <1.692 -ttabel so Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on work discipline. Test coefficient generating R2 of 0.437. This demonstrates the ability of variable compensation and job satisfaction to explain the simultaneous labor discipline 43.7% variation of the variable Y is determined by variable X1 and X2.
