  • NURUL SITI KHADIJAH, The Correlation Between Motivation to Following Extracurricular Activities with Student Achievement At Students Of SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2. A Skripsi, Jakarta. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This study aimed at obtaining empirical data and facts which are authentic, valid, and reliable on The Correlation Between Motivation to Following Extracurricular Activities with Student Achievement At Students Of SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2. This research was conducted at Department of Administrative Offices, SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2, East Jakarta, for three months, from March until May 2012. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population in this study was students of SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2 that follow extracurricular activities, whereas the possible populations are students class X at Department of Administrative Offices about 61 students. The technique which used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 51 students. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with lilifors test, result in Lcount = 0,076, while Ltable is 0,124, because Lcount < Ltable then the normality error test of Y on X distributed normal, the resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 62,28 + 0,120X. Significance regression results in Fcount > Ftable, is 22,87 > 4,04, it is mean that the regression equation is significance. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 1,15 < 2,07, thus concluded that the equation is linear. Results of hypothesis test which pearson product momenth shows that rxy = 0,564, then significance of product moment corretional test using the t-test produced tcount = 4,78 and ttable= 1,68. it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,564 is significance. The coefficient of determination was 31,82% which indicated that variation of Student Achievement is determined by Motivation to Following Extracurricular Activities and 68,18% determinated other factor.
