- MUHAMMAD RIZKI HAKIKI: The Correlation Between Organizational Commitment With Job satisfaction At Employees On PT. Fantasia Pratama Mandiri, Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, December 2011. The research was conducted at PT. Fantasia Pratama Mandiri, for four months from September 2011 until Desember 2011. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The population in this study are employees of PT. Fantasia Pratama Mandiri totaling 98 employees. The possible populations are employees of PT. Fantasia Pratama Mandiri which they employment over five years is 54 employees. Samples taken as many as 48 employees. To capture data from these two variables are used questionnaire Likert scale models for organizational commitment (variable X) and job satisfaction (Variable Y). Before the instrument is used tested the validity for both variables. For variable X, from 24 grains statement after statement validated there are 2 items that drop, while meeting the criteria or a valid statement consists of 22 items. For variable Y, of 23 grains of validated statement after statement contained 3 items that drop, while meeting the criteria or invalid items comprised 20 statements. Reliability calculation of both variables using Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.815 and the reliability of variable Y at 0.892. These results prove that the instrument is reliable. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,1037, while the Ltable for n = 48 at 0.05 significant level is 0.1278. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 29,57 + 0.60 X. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable, which is 30,12> 4.05, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcalculated <Ftable is 0,67 < 2.03, so it was concluded that the linear equation regreasi. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,629, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 5,448 and Ttable = 1,68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,629 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 39,57% which shows that 39,57% of the variation of work job satisfaction is determined by the organizational commitment. The results of calculations conclude that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment with job satisfaction at employees on PT. Fantasia Pratama Mandiri.
