This study aimed at obtaining empirical data and facts which are authentic, valid, and reliable on The Correlation Between Self Actualization And Student Achievement at SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2 East Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2 East Jakarta, for four months, from february to may 2012. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population in this study were all students of SMK Islam PB. Soedirman 2 and the population is affordable class XI student of Administrative Offices as many as 66 students. The tchnique which used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 58 students. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 69,66 + 0.1X. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with lilifors test, result in Lcount = 0.1052, while L table is 0.11634, because L count < L table then the normality error test of Y on X distributed normal. Significance regression results in F count > F table is 6,38 > 4,00, it is mean that the regression equation is significance. Testing linearity of regression produces F count < F table is 1,06 < 1,92, thus concluded that the equation is linear. Results of hypothesis test which pearson product momenth shows that rxy = 0.320, then significance of product moment corretional test using the t-test produced tcount= 2,526 > ttable=1.67. it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.320 is significance. The coefficient of determination was 10,23% which indicated that variation of Student Achievement is determined by Self Actualization and 89,77% determinated other factor.
