- Scientific papers aims to 1) to know the performance of PT Gudang garam and PT.Sampoerna by using financial ratio analysis, and 2) to find out the results of the analysis of the bankruptcy of PT Gudang garam and PT Sampoerna by using method of altman, springate and zmijwenski. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method in which collects data, by describing or depicting the data collected. Data collection techniques using secondary data from the financial statements of PT Gudang garam and PT Sampoerna. From the results of the analysis show that in each year the development at PT Gudang garam and PT Sampoerna is not potentially experience a potential bankruptcy, its development is quite good. Review of the method used for bankruptcy.
