This research applies Path Goal Theory of Leadership which is developed by Robert house. The sampling technique applied is primary data collected by sending questionaire directly in various KAP in central Jakarta. The respondent used in this research is junior auditor that work in public accounting firm in central Jakarta.. Test hypothesis done by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicates that increasingly low task complexity, hence supportive leadership style will increase auditor junior’s job satisfaction. This research also shown that task complexity can’t moderate relation between directive leadership style and junior auditor’s job satisfaction and participative leadership style can’t either. Locus of control can moderate relation between supportive leadership style and auditor junior’s job satisfaction. But locus of control can’t moderate relations between directive leadership style and junior auditor’s job satisfaction and participative leadership style can’t either.
