While the dependent variable is region real income of provinces. This research used secondary data obtained from province government financial statements that have been published by BPK and investment report by BKPM in 2010-2013 period. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling and obtained the total of 28 provinces with 112 observation total. The method used in this research is multiple linear regressions. From the analysis t test showed that capital expenditure has positive effect toward the region real income of provinces. investment has positive effect toward the region real income of provinces. common allocation fund has positive effect toward the region real income of provinces. Analysis F test showed capital expenditure, investment, and common allocation fund have significant effect region real income of provinces.
