The purpose of this research is to see the influence of asymmetry information and earnings management on the cost of equity capital of LQ 45 Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 41 LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange used as samples for this research. This research used data from 2010 until 2012. The data obtained by purposive sampling techniques and using multiple regression analysis. The result also showed that the asymmetry information had not impact on cost of equity capital, but earnings management had impact on cost of equity capital.
