The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the relations between task technology fit with job performance at PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Jakarta. This research has been done for 4 months since January until April 2015. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to employee at PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Jakarta. The populations research was all of employees in production division with total employees, while the target populations were employee with total 55 employees, with 48 employees for sampling. For collecting between 2 variable of this research, instrument of X variable data (Task Technology Fit) using questioner and Y variable data (Job Performance) using data from this company. Before using, X variable has validity test by validation process, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability X variable (Task Technology Fit) is 0,939. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 57,01 + 0,157X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L = 0,082 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,128, so L Count < L . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Ftable count (25,97) > F (4,05). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (0,94) < F (2,03), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r tabel = 0,601 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t test. Counting result is, t count = 5,10 while t table = 1,68 and so, t count > t It means that there are significance and positive correlations between task technology fit and job performance. Next, the result of determination coefficient test is 36,09%, it means that job performance variable determined by 36,09% task technology fit variable. The conclusions of the research have shown that there is a positive correlation beetwen task technology fit and job performance at PT. Telkomsel, Tbk Jakarta.
