  • ABSTRACT INTAN AYU KHOTIMAH.Relationship Between Role Conflict With job Stress On Employees Of Unit Polices Pamong Praja’s Central Office in DKI Jakarta.Script, Jakarta: Office Administration Concentrations of Education, Economics Education Studies Program, Departement of Economics and Administrations, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014. This study is aims to determine the relationship between role conflict with job stress on employees of Unit Polices Pamong Praja’s (Satpol PP) Central Office. This research was conducted for three months, starting from April to June 2014. The research used survey method with the correlatiion approach. The population in this study were 73 employees with achievable population were 65 employees who had been permanent employees. The sampling technique that used in this study was proportional random sampling with a sample were 55 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (role conflict) and variable Y (job stress) in this study were measured by using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique stats by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equations was Ý = 31,14 + 0,95 X, whereas the test requirements analysis were the test normality Y on X with Liliefors result if L count < L or 0,0545 < 0,12, it was mean that the distribution of data was normal. The test of significant and linier regression by using the table Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) found that F count = 37,27 > Ftable table = 4,02, it was mean if the regression was significant. Andlinier regression that was found that F count (1,57) < F (1,93), it was mean if the mode of regression that used was linear. The correlation of coefficient hypothesis test was conducted by Product Moment from Pearson, that found if r table =0,641. Test of significance with t count = 6,06, whereas t table =1,67. Because t , it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between role conflict with job stress in Satpol PP’s Central Office. The Determination coefficient test was result KD =17,84 %. So, it was concluded that job strss given by role conflict as many as 41,10%.
