Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2014. The purpose of this research is to detect correlation between self concept with interpersonal communication on employees BPJS Rawamangun Branch Jakarta. The research is done during for three months since April until June 2014. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees with total 51 employees and 44 emlpoyees for sampling with used simple random sampling technique. The instrument used to obtain the data variable X (Self-Concept) and Y (Interpersonal Communication) was measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity F hitung 18,77 > F 4,07 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce F tabel Hitung 2,586 < F 8,60 that show that regression model that used linear. Product moment correlation coefficient test produces rhitung = 0.556. Further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test produces tcount (4.33)> t table (1.68). Based on the results of these studies concluded that there is a relationship between self concept with Interpersonal Communication Branch employees BPJS Rawamangun. With a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 30.89%, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self concept with Interpersonal Communication on Employee.
