Marketing Diploma Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to determine the role of Free Program Add Power at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Jatinegara in increasing the number of users of electric power 1300 VA and 2200 VA. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study, interviews and questionnaires distribution. From the results of research based on questionnaires that have been deployed can be seen that Free Program Add Power was instrumental in increasing the number of users of electricity 1300 VA and 2200 VA in PT PLN (LIMITED) Area Jatinegara. Lack of socialization and a short span of time on this program become an obstacle to pecapain targets in this program, but by way of socializing with term extension and additions to the Free Program Add Power can overcome these obstacles.
