  • ABSTRACT Yoone merro, 2011; Influence of compensation and stress towards labor Job Satisfaction at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia, Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for compensation, stress, and labor employee’s job satisfaction at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia. 2) To test empirically the influence of compensation on labor employee’s job satisfaction at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia . 3) To test empirically the influence of stress on labor employee’s job satisfaction PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia. 4) To test empirically the influence of compensastion and stress together to labor employee’s job satisfaction at PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of getting sample is stratified simple random sampling, that taken 133 labor’s employee , while data collecting by using questioner and cultivated using SPSS 16.0. The result of t test for compensation is 6.666, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between compensation towards job satisfaction. The result of t test for stress is 2.013, and the signification is 0.047. This shows that there is an effect between stress towards job satisfaction. The result of F test is 26.664, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between compensation and stress towards job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.341 or 34.1%. It means Job Satisfaction is affected by compensation and stress as much as 34.1%. Keywords: compensation, stress, job satisfaction
