The purpose of this study are: 1) To know the description of the pay satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention at PT JAMSOSTEK 2) To know the influence between pay satisfaction and turnover intention. 3) To know the influence between organizational commitment and turnover intention. 4)To know the influence of pay satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The analysis conducted in this study is a simple linear and linear multiple. Research carried out by the method of simple random sampling of 60 employees in the division of PT JAMSOSTEK,while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires which are the processed using SPSS 19.00. T test result on the variable of pay satisfaction -8,04, with a significance value of 0,041. That is, the pay satisfaction has a significant influence on turnover intention.T test result on the variable of commitment organization for -2,20 with a significance value of 0,000. That is, pay satisfaction and organizational commitment together have significant effect on turnover intention. The resulting R2 value of 0,508 or 50,8%. This figure explains that the pay satisfaction and organizational commitment influence on turnover intention 50,8%. Key words : pay satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention.
