Jakarta: Program of Commerce Education, Majoring in Economy and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, in July 2012. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between test anxiety with learning achievement of student in Marketing class X state vocational school (SMK Negeri) 51 Jakarta with a time study for 4 (four) months from March 2012 to be completed in June 2012. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all students of vocational school 51 Jakarta, while the population of inaccessibility is the class X Marketing by 74 students. Samples were taken by 62 students, drawn from a population that is affordable with an error rate of 5%. Sampling techniques with simple random sampling techniques. To measure the data variable X (test anxiety) using the Likert Scale survey form. Prior to use, tested the validity for the variables X (test anxiety), 35 point statement after the statement is validated, there are 4 items that drop, which meet the criteria or a valid statement consists of 31 items. Calculation of reliability test X (test anxiety) using Cronbach Alpha formula. From the calculation results of testing instruments for the variable X (test anxiety) is 0.916 which means the reliability of the instrument showed a high rate, while the data Y (learning achievement) was obtained from the average value of the first semester in the class rapot X Marketing. To test the data requirements entirely done on the level of significance (α) 0.05. The first step is to seek and obtain the regression equation Y = 86.68-0.119 X. Based on the results of test calculations obtained Fhitung keberartian regression (24.17) > Ftabel (4.00) so that it can be concluded that the regression coefficient is very significant. Test for normality of the error estimates of regression Y on X generates Lhitung for 0.064 < Ltabel of 0.112, which means error of estimated regression Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity of the regression test Fhitung obtained (1.16) < Ftabel (1.96) which means that the model is a linear regression equation. For Product Moment correlation coefficient rxy = -0.536 obtained results and to test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test for obtaining tcount Ttable -4.92 and -1.67 for, because Tcount > Ttable this means that the research hypothesis is accepted that there is a relationship a negative association between anxiety for the test with student achievement in Marketing class X vocational school 51 Jakarta. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained by KD 0.2872 which means that 28.72% of the variance variable Y (learning achievement) is determined by the variable X (test anxiety). Of the study variables can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between test anxiety with learning achievement of student in Marketing class X state vocational school 51 Jakarta. The lower test anxiety, the higher learning achievement.
