  • ABSTRACT Alfiza Indriana, 2012; The Influence of Organization Commitment and Job Stress Toward Turnover Intentions of Employee at PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. Advisory Team: Agung AWS Waspodo, SE, M. PP, Agung Wahyu Handaru, ST, MM. Generally, the aims of this research are to find out the description of organizational commitment, job stress and turnover intentions; the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment toward turnover intentions; the magnitude of the influence of job stress toward turnover intentions; and the magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment and job stress toward turnover intentions of fixed employee at PT Jayatama Selaras. The object of this research are fixed employee at PT Jayatama Selaras which have the number of samples 140 people. The type of research is descriptive inferential causal. Descriptive analysis showing results: a) 35 % of overall fixed employee don't have organizational commitment, b) 39 % of overall fixed employee experience job stress, c) 33 % of overall fixed employee consciously intent to leave the company. The results of the testing of hypotheses show: 1) Negative influence of organizational commitment toward turnover intentions (6.8%), 2) Positive influence of job stress toward turnover intentions (7.1%), 3) Influence of organizational commitment and job stress jointly toward turnover intentions (13.5%).
