Script, Jakarta: Educational Program Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment with employees on the employee's performance CV. Chakra Media. This study was conducted over two months from April to May 2014. Research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Chakra Media, amounting to 47 employees and 40 samples were used as a sample of employees by using random sampling techniques. The instrument used to obtain the data variable X (work environment) was measured using a questionnaire with Likert scale. For the Y variable (job performance) data are secondary data is data that comes from the company. Data analysis techniques starts with finding the regression equation obtained was y = 55.2 + 0.190 X. The results of normality test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0.055 while Ltabel = 0.134 for Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of the regression F value of 36.99% yield and 4.10 Ftable. F value (36.99)> F (4.14) which means that the regression equation significantly. Testing linearity of regression produces Ftable = 2.74 while the F value = 0.71. Of F (2,71) <F table (2.74) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Product Moment Correlation Coefficient Test generates rhitung = 0.702. Furthermore, the significance of the correlation coefficient test using the t test, produce thitung (6.08)> t table (1.68). Based on the results of these studies concluded that there is a relationship between work environment with employees on the employee's performance CV. Chakra Media. With a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 49.33%, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between work environment with employee performance.
