Program Studi DIII Sekretari, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The Scientific work aims to know about archive management at HRD division of PT. Satria Antaran Prima (SAPExpress) Jakarta. The method used in research is descriptive analysis and collecting data using observation and literature study. Based on the results of this research it can be known that archive management in company its not optimal. Its given an impact to another archive activities such as archive storage and retrieving archive. On the otherhand , archive storage facilities as equipment and archive storage should be noted so that archive storage activities can be performed with maximum and can be avoided from damage or loss.
