The scientific research paper aims to find out how to handle the Incoming and outgoing letters at Personal Division Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Food Seasoning Division Cibitung Company. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through a observation and literature review. Based on result of this reseach we found that the Incoming and Outgoing letters Management still face many terrible cases and the storage system was not effective and efficient. Thus in the management of this case the procedure should be done and making a new pattern of copying or back up data by using control card.
