Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to find out about the archives stroge system handling at Departemen Operasional Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall’s management office. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the method of data collection through the library to study, and the observation. Result of this paper can be known that archive stroge system should be used which is subject storage system and then can be applying the procedure of archive storage step by step and pay attention to the archive storage equipment that became a supporter of the smoothness in the storage of the archive.
