Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific paper aims to know filing procedure on Division of Commercial PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II Cabang Tanjung Priok. Methods used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through the observation and literature study. From the result it can be seen that the filing procedure has an important role in filing an archives which can useful as a source of information in the future. The right filing procedure can affect the success of the filing because archives can be arranged regularly and systematically and also can be found with easiy.
