Pegadaian (Persero). Data collection is done at the time of the Field Work Practice. Which was implemented from January 3, 2017 to March 9, 2017. The company located at Jl. Kramat Raya no.62, Central Jakarta. Technological changes the way business is done in delivering services from customers. For that, the need for various adjustments to compensate for the sophistication of these technologies in order to be adapted to the circumstances. The process of adaptation to technological sophistication will improve the operational efficiency and productivity of the company. In the process of realizing the goals of the company, the company needs to apply the efficient office with the appropriate spatial arrangement. To create efficient offices, the company builds the layout of office space and other facilities to support employee activities in running the company. How to work in an effort to achieve company goals. For that comparison, a standard is required as a guide. Applying efficient planners, improving employee performance as well as triggering employees to work better in achieving company goals.
