Universitas Negeri Jakarta This Scientific Work aims to find out about the needs of human resource needs in PT Aerojasa Cargo. Needs of human resources referred to in this study is the need of human resources in companies that are specifically placed in the position of the secretary of the leadership. The research method used is descriptive analysis method by collecting data through literature study and observation at the time of internship implementation. From the results of this Scientific Works can concluded that in the human resource requirements (Secretary) human resource management required a good and efficiency that is by conducting of recruitment and selection of prospective workers at the company.
