The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and the interest rate of SBI on bank lending. The sample used in the study were 22 banks. The research model in this study employs panel data regression analysis with fixed effect approach. The empirical results show that the deposits (TPF) have positive and significant effect on bank lending. CAR have negative and significant effect on bank lending, while NPL and SBI rate have negative and not significant effect on bank lending. Simultaneous test showed that Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and SBI rate effect on Bank Lending.
