The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the overview of attitude, subjective norm, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions of students at Magister Management Program FE UNJ. 2) To know the influence of an attitude which controlled by age on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Magister Management of FE UNJ. 3) To know the influence of a subjective norm which controlled by age on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Magister Management of FE UNJ. 4) To know the influence of a self-efficacy which controlled by age on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Magister Management of FE UNJ. 5) To know the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy simultaneously which controlled by controlled by age on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Magister Management of FE UNJ. Research carried out by the simple random sampling method on 112 students of Magister Management of FE UNJ as respondents, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is influence between attitude which controlled by age towards entrepreneurial intentions, there is influence between subjective norm which controlled by age towards entrepreneurial intentions, and there is influence between self-efficacy which controlled by age towards entrepreneurial intentions. Attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy simultaneously influence the entrepreneurial intention through F (5.754>2.69) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of attitudes, subjective norms, and self-efficacy which controlled by age on entrepreneurial intentions is 0,146 or 14,6% through the result of R value while the rest is 85,4% is influenced by the other factors.
