Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) To find descriptions of job satisfaction, job stress, and desire to move on PT. Unitex. Bogor. 2) To determine empirically the effect of job satisfaction on a desire to move on PT. Unitex. Bogor. 3) To empirically test the influence of job stress on the desire to move on PT. Unitex. Bogor. 4) To empirically test the effect of job statisfaction and job stress together againts the desire to move on PT. Unitex. Bogor. The analysis conducted in this study is a simple linear and linear multiple. Research carried out by the method of simple random sampling of 98 employees in the of PT. Unitex. Bogor, while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires which are the processed using SPSS. 16.0. T test result on the variabel of job statisfaction 5.412, with a signification Value of 0.000. That is, the job statisfaction has a signification influence on turnover intention. Ttest Result on the variabel of job stress for 7.353 with a signification value of 0.000. That is, job statisfaction And job stress together have signification effect on turnover intention. The resulting R2 value of 0.354 or 35.4%. This figure explains that the job statisfaction and job stress influence on turnover intention 35.4% Key words : job statisfaction, job stress, turnover intention
