The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description of the general selfefficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived educational support, parental background and entrepreneur intention on FE UNJ students. 2) To know the effect of the general self-efficacy in shaping entrepreneur intention on FE UNJ students. 3) To know the effect the entrepreneurial self-efficacy in shaping entrepreneur intention on FE UNJ students. 4) To know the effect of perceived educational support in shaping entrepreneur intention on FE UNJ students. 5) To know the effect of parental background in shaping entrepreneur intention on FE UNJ students. 6) To know is there any effect general self-efficacy, entrepreneurial selfefficacy, perceived educational support and parental background in shaping entrepreneur intention of FE UNJ students. Analysis conducted in this research is a descriptive analysis and ekplanatori. Research conducted on 80 students of FE UNJ class of 2009, using proportional stratified random sampling method. While the techniques of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, then processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Results of the analysis showed that the variables general self-efficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived educational support and parental background of each proved to be significantly influential in shaping the entrepreneurial intention FE UNJ students. Analysis also shows general self-efficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived educational support and parental background together positive and significant impact in shaping the entrepreneurial intention FE UNJ students.
