- ABSTRACT WISESA ALIF PRIYAMBODO RAMADHAN. The Impact of Compensation, Work-Family Conflict, and Work Stress on Salesman Job Satisfaction in PT Cahaya Sakti Furintraco (OLYMPIC GROUP). Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this research are to: 1) test empirically the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, 2) test empirically the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction, and 3) test empirically the influence of work stress on job satisfacion. This study used Partial Least Square method to analyze the data. This research conducted on Salesman position of PT Cahaya Sakti Furintraco (OLYMPIC Group) with sample of 67 Salesman and used quota sampling technique, while questionnaire used as data collecting method and Smart PLS version 3.2.0 used to process the data. The results shows a significant influence of work stress on job satisfaction, while compensation and work-family conflict does not have an influence on job satisfaction. The study found that 86,7% of job satisfaction as dependent variable influenced by compensation, work-family conflict, and work stress.
