The purpose of this study is to know the effect of assets structure, Non Debt Tax Shield (NDTS), firm age, and investment on capital structure. The research model in this study used panel data analysis. The samples are 32 firms of consumer goods listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2013 selected by purposive sampling method. The results show that assets structure and NDTS have negative and significant effect on capital structure. Firm age has positive and significant effect on capital structure. Investment has positive and not significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneous test shows that assets structure, NDTS, firm age, and investment have effect on capital structure.
