Analysis of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS) and Its Impact to Stock Return Industry Manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2011-2013. Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of DER, ROA, EPS to stock return manufacturing industry in IDX period 2011-2013. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method. The sample in the study as many as 103 stocks listed in IDX period 2011-2013. Data analysis technique used in this study us multipleb liniear analysis. Result of hypothesis, were found: 1) DER has negative and hasn’t significant impact to stock return. 2) ROA has postive and significant impact to stock return. 3) EPS has negative and significant impact to stock return.
