The purpose of the research are:.1) To know description for the role conflict, job stress and nurses performance at Anna Medika hospital, Bekasi. 2) To determine whether there is an influence of role conflict to nurses performance at Anna Medika hospital, Bekasi. 3) To determine whether there is an influence of job stress to nurses performance at Anna Medika hospital, Bekasi. 4) To determine whether there is an influence of role conflict and job stress simultaneously to nurses performance at Anna Medika, Bekasi. 5) To know how far the contribution of role conflict and job stress to nurses performance at Anna Medika hospital, Bekasi. This research is taken 74 nurses in Anna Medika hospital. The techniques of data collection used survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21.0. The research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data account which used is SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between role conflict tonurses performance and there is positive influence and significant between job stress to nurses performance. Role conflict and job stress simultaneously positive influence and significant to nurses perfomance through F (16.745>3.13) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of role conflict and job stress on nurses performance is 0,321 or 32,1% through the result of R 2 value while the rest is 67,9% is influenced by the other factors.
