The purpose of these research are:1) To know the description of organizational culture, leadership style, and performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 2) To empirically examine the influence of organizational culture on the employees performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 3) To empirically examine the influence of leadership style on the employees performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 4) To empirically examine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style together on the employees performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The analysis conducted in this research is descriptive and explanatory analysis. The study was conducted on 63 employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk., while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and the data being processed using SPSS 16.0. The regression shows that there is influence between organizational culture which had towards performance and there is influence between leadership style towards performance. Organizational culture and leaderhip style simultaneously influence job satisfaction through Fcount > F (44.449 > 3.15) with significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of organizational culture and leadership style influence on performance is 0.765 or (76.5%) through the result of R2 table value while the rest is 23.5% is influenced by the other factors.
