Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. 2015. This study aimed to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, firm size and profitability on firm value. The sample in this study is a sub-manufacture consumer good in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 20102013. Data collection method used purposive sampling method. The amount of sample using 30 sample. Data analysis techniques used in this research is Explanatory Research. The result is that investment decisions are measured with capital expenditure to book value of asset (CAP/BVA) has a positive and significant on firm value as measured by price-book value, financing decision are measured with the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a negative and not significant on firm value as measured by price-book value, firm size has a positive and significant on firm value as measured by price-book value, profitability are measured with return on equity ratio (ROE) has a positive and significant on firm value as measured by price-book value. Simultanously, variable of investment decisions, financing decisions, firm size and profitability has significant on firm value as measured by price-book value.
