The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the job promotion, job rotation, and performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. 2) Test empirically influence of job promotion towards performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. 3) Test empirically influence of job rotation towards performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. 4) Test empirically influence of Job promotion and job rotation toward performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. The analysis implemented in this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 48 employee in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. This research using sampling jenuh. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then processed using SPSS 21. The results show that 1) There is a significant and positive effect between job promotion and performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. 2) There is a significant and negative effect between job rotation and performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang. 3) The influence of the job promotion and job rotation together on performance of employees in cash office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Tangerang.
