The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the organizational climate, career development, and employee job satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. 2) Test empirically influence of organizational climate towards employee job satisfaction PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. 3) Test empirically influence of career development towards employee job satisfaction PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. 4) Test empirically influence of organizational climate and career development toward employee job satisfaction PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. 5) To know how much contribution of organizational climate and career development on employee job satisfaction PT PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 96 staff level employee of PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Offices Pemuda, East Jakarta. This research using simple random sampling. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then processed using SPSS 21. The results show that 1) Organizational climate have significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. 2) Career development have significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational climate and career development simultaneously have significant effect on employee job satisfaction with F count (40.116) > F (3.09) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R2 value are 0.452 or 45,2%. This show that 45,2% of employee job satisfaction are influenced by organizational climate and career development while the rest 54,8% influenced by other factors.
