The purpose of this study is to know the effect of firms size, age and proceed on initial return. The research model in this study used multiple regression analysis. The samples are 113 firms of IPO listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 20092013 selected by purposive sampling method. The results show that firm size have negative and not significant effect on initial return. Firm age has negative and significant effect on initial return and proceed has negative and significant effect on initial return. Simultaneous test shows that firm size, age and proceed have significant effect on initial return. Keywords: Firm Size, Age, Proceed, Initial Return, Initial Public Offering
